A fact from Milecastle 10 appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 4 July 2010 ( check views). The text of the entry was as follows: Did you know... that excavations of Turret 10A of Hadrian's Wall have revealed pre-historic ard marks? A record of the entry may be seen at Wikipedia:Recent additions/2010/July.

A placeholder text was inserted - work is underway to fully expand all Milecastle articles (0-80).

A template exists at user:Sam.roebuck/Milecastle Template should anyone wish to help with the project.

The article exists in order to link to the template on the discussion page.

I'll hold off adding the Placeholder in the remaining Milecastle XX articles pending resolution.
