Does anybody know how come he was born in Ecuador?
==clarification needed==-- Cjs56 18:50, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
has one sentence "In 1991 his short "Office Space" (also known as the Milton series of shorts) was picked up by Comedy Central following a Dallas animation festival. " but then later goes on to say he created the milton series of shorts for Saturday night Live. Which is it? or if both are true, there needs to be some explanation for it or it just doesn't make sense.
another question: can comebody explain this:
The film, whose budget was approximately $10 million, __grossed only $10.8 million__. "Office Space" has since become a cult classic, grossing millions in video and DVD sales.
is this means that they got $10 mln from movie theaters, and then got more from delling dvd? -- NickShaforostoff 16:26, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
What the source of that information? evrik 15:22, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
What is his political affiliation, if any? Many of the characters on king of the hill are fairly conservative, but I don't know if Judge is mocking them, supporting them, or simply telling it like it is. es 72.130.177.246 20:58, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

Mike Judge graduated from St. Pius X High School in Albuquerque, NM in 1980.

I believe that Mike Judge played the Army Officer (a Major, I think) who initiated the hibernation experiment in Idiocracy. This was the officer whose arrest for pimping (after his friendship with Upgrayedd went too far) caused the experiment to be abandoned.
If anyone out there could verify this, please do so. -- Naughtius Maximus F@H Woof! Meow MUN 21:12, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
This may not be the place for this, but looking at his "migratory" patterns (Dallas, Austin, San Diego), it seems like he might have met many many Hispanics in his day (or at the VERY LEAST SEEN). I'm just curious why it isn't in any of his work. Sure, in King of the Hill, there is a maid and a hard-laborer, but no one else. It's freggin' Texas for cryin' out loud! Therefore, I must pose this question - is he racist? To not know/meet any Hispanics in Texas and California means you must avoid them with some strong force - perhaps a forcefield that temporarily evaporates the Hispanic genes, right? Eh. Just a thought. And a question. Sgarza 07:19, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
Judge's work (specifically King of The Hill) reflects no racism. In fact, he has celebrated diversity by incorporating a variety of characters throughout the show: Khan being of Laos dissent, Enrique (Hank Hill's Hispanic Co-Worker), Dale's queer Cowboy father and his Filipino partner, Raul... The list goes on.... -- DavidD4scnrt ( talk) 08:54, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
Mike Judge is definitely not a racist. He used to play guitar for a famous old black blues musician Sam Myers. And who cares if his shows' main characters tend to be white? Mike Judge is white. There is no reason to have to include every culture in everything you do. And just because you aren't included does not necessarily mean you are purposely discluded. It's a TV show for goodness sake! I'm not offended by programming that is obviously geared towards black people, or hispanic people. Why do minorities always seem to constantly look for reasons to be offended and then start throwing "racist" around? Grow up. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.94.56.73 ( talk) 17:04, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
I am a non-white person myself, and I think this question by Sgarza is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Maybe there should be racial quotas now for exact percentages of fictional characters in every film? That would be one dull, boring world we'd live in. Hanxu9 ( talk) 22:13, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
Hispanics are not a different race, nor are they homogeneous. They can be of European, indigenous, African, or any other descent just as any nationality can include any number of races. So excluding Hispanics is not racist. Whether Judge is racist or not, he admittedly does not include Hispanics or depict them well in his series, King of the Hill. There is a large Hispanic population residing in Texas, the setting for the series. Texan Hispanics can often be somehow traced to Mexico, whether politically, through descent or by immigration. Judge has excluded Hispanics in a manner which seems intentional and unnatural. These facts should be acknowledged and not dismissed or ridiculed as the other contributors have done. {/br}This series could have been an excellent opportunity to explore Mexican-American life in a natural way. But somehow, they are just erased, as Woody Allen ignored the numerous Puerto Ricans residing in New York. It is inappropriate to eliminate the possibility of Judge's discrimination and exclusion merely based the fact that he has one Black musician friend. Sgarza did not mention quotas, nor make any demands; he merely reported a perception of racism. The contributors who are making entries here seem to be hostile to the concept of racism and discrimination.

I am stunned that someone deleted the observation that Judge depicted Blacks as violent pimps and prostitutes in his film Idiocracy. This is clearly a fact as the film is readily available for viewing by anyone who can purchase it or rent it. Wikipedia is not a PR tool, to be used to enhance or manipulate any individual's public image. Judge's depiction of Blacks as social degenerates in his films are mere facts that are available to anyone who watches his films. Please do not stoop to censoring or deciding what is relevant merely based on a discounting of a given racial, ethnic or other social group.
