Can we protect this article for a while to prevent anti-Barry Bonds vandalism.
I agree the vandalism will probably get worse over the next day or so when people learn it was Basick

There's no citation on the claim that Bacsik gave up the homer... 69.245.247.55 ( talk) 01:22, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
Between revision 675023449 (18:22, 7 August 2015) and today, there's been multiple instances of anonymous editors from IP-addresses mentioning Mike Bacsik to have a nickname, a radio show or alter ego "Coach Ballsack", none of the times sourced. I did some searching and there may be a hint of truth in it. CBS Dallas has an article Mike Bacsik where Coach Ballsack is mentioned. Mike Bacsik himself is active on social media (Twitter, an unreliable source in itself) and making mentions of Coach Ballsack. Other than that, I can't find more sources to verify. 80.221.159.67 ( talk) 10:03, 18 August 2016 (UTC)

What was the outcome of that - there's a fairly major BLP difference as to whether it was "outcome was X" or "case was dropped". Will likely need someone with relevant state newspaper access, as nothing popped on a google search Nosebagbear ( talk) 09:18, 13 May 2022 (UTC)
