Jane's 1984 uses mg/(kn.s); since this equals g/{1000 N.s) = g/(kN/s} the numerical value in either notation is the same. Which is preferred? I don't know if current usage is different from 1984, when Jane's choice was probably the most common. TSRL ( talk) 21:49, 5 March 2018 (UTC)TSRL reply
