The entry that CSM Jones served active duty tours during Kosovo and Desert Shield / Storm is a little misleading as it implies that she actually went to war - as the side-bar biography section lists wartime service in those three campaigns. Judging by her photo, she did not serve "in" Kosovo or Desert Shield / Storm as she does not have any campaign ribbons indicating wartime service.
