Overall: Great work. While Earwig returned 39% likelihood from a source, this is because the article uses a direct quote and the names of awards, which cannot be changed. I prefer ALT0 or ALT 2.

Jewish heritage?
Was he of Jewish heritage? The current text implies that, but that he simply did not identify as such. The surname Levy is a common Jewish surname, but can also be found among families that have no Jewish heritage. It would be really interesting to see, but I imagine it might be difficult to verify.
