Michael Jacobson refer to himself as "Michael F. Jacobson, PhD" so it's only natural to merge approriately. Google search for the former are confusing at best [1], with mostly an eclectic mix of non-related persons (presumably) and detractors, as opposed to a proper search [2]. It could also easily be confused with Michael J. Jacobson, Ph.D. I've removed large chunks of pov recently so I'll wait for opinions on weither it's appropriate for me to merge.
