It would be more accurate to say he was voiced by Borgnine up until whichever date the last Mermaid Man episode aired (or when it was voiced, if that information is available). Borgnine had more important things to do on July 8 than voice a cartoon. Since I don't know the date of that last episode, I'll just remove everything after "until" and let the hardcore fans figure it out.
