The article is currently tagged as an active AfD, not meeting general notability requirements, and containing material inappropriate for an encyclopedia. No comments were posted explaining this last tag but the problems may have been the previous inclusion of a price list or a concern about advertising.
As the article is presently at AfD I have removed the general notability tag as redundant. The AfD will resolve the notability issue at least on current versions of the article.
I have also removed the "inappropriate for an encyclopedia" tag, as I have edited the article to remove the price list and the more obvious advertising of current and upcoming services. Normally I wouldn't do this until there was consensus on this page that the reasons for the tag had been addressed, but as there is no discussion as to why the tag was added in the first place this cannot readily occur.
If people disagree with removing these tags please feel free to re-add them with an explanation here of the issues to be resolved. Euryalus ( talk) 00:47, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
Questions: 1. What is a dedicated physical virtual server? 2. Where are any secondary references?? 3. Who (independent) can verify, that this company is the pioneer of grid hosting??? Mediatemple ( talk) 18:16, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
Does Media Temple have any past or present connection with Mediatemple GBR in Hamburg? — teb728 t c 03:57, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
I looked over the previous version of the article before the redirect. I agree, Media Temple needed some work, particularly primary sourcing. I've worked out a new version for review, which I'll replace shortly. Mostly removed the material and replaced with sourced history. Let me know any feedback.
