Image:McKesson logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot 22:49, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

Pharmaceutical company typically refers to manufacturers (e.g. Sanofi, Bristol-Myers Squibb, etc.) not those companies associated with other parts of the process (e.g. distribution, final point of sale, etc.). McKesson is more accurately described as a pharmaceutical wholesaler. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.175.68.59 ( talk) 12:33, 8 June 2012 (UTC)

I'm wondering whether it was the purchase of the Rexall pharmacy chain by McKesson that has led to the recent growth of large "Rexall"-branded drugstores (similar in scale to Shoppers Drug), at least in Toronto. This would be a significant rethinking and/or rebranding for the "Rexall" brand, which used to comprise franchise pharmacies, as formerly in the U.S. (Most of the Rexall franchises, at least in Toronto, appear to have closed.) Anything worth bringing into the article here? (With citations, of course.) 71.105.208.69 ( talk) 15:00, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
National Data Corporation (now a redirect to McKesson Corporation) played an important role in the software and Time-sharing industry. The company was founded in 1967 and, in it's NDC (and NDC-Health) successor role, has sources through 2001. These roles are mentioned in two wiki articles, and this redirect also services several other Wiki articles, so it has value: "would be helpful in a printed or CD/DVD version of Wikipedia."
At present, NDC is a part of the McKesson article's Former divisions section. Pi314m ( talk) 01:15, 18 December 2019 (UTC)
