What if any is the relation between the author and the Matthew of Vendóme, Abbot of St Denis, who was an adviser to Louis IX in the 13thC?[J. B. Bury, Cambridge Medieval History (1929) VOL VI p. 333-4]
Are they the same man, or father/son, or what?

According to Fr Wiki [Mathieu de Vendôme] they are the same person, d 1286, in which case he is a poet of the 13thC, not 12th C, as we have it. Input, anyone?
