I think that this Wiki page does belong with Scouting in Massachusetts. The title should be changed from Massasoit District to Massasoit Council.-- eTh!nk 15:24, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

Granted, the list of units will likely be dropped as a result of the merge, but do the recent changes to the unit list reflect the current state of the changed units or some point in their past history? I ask only because the original data came directly from the Narragansett Council, and that was relatively recent. -- Djwtwo 20:23, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
It would be a shame to lose the unit history about the Massasoit Council. It is still incomplete. For example, there are no Explorer Posts listed. I know that there were explorer posts in the Massasoit Council in the 1960s. -- eTh!nk 13:45, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
The changes to the Unit List reflect my personal knowledge of units in the Massasoit Council in the 1960s. -- eTh!nk 13:45, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
Given that the Council merged twice over 25 years, I would expect that the Naaragansett Council's knowledge and supporting records about the history is somewhat incomplete. -- eTh!nk 13:45, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
