The contents of the M-Tag page were merged into Maryland Transportation Authority on 28 December 2021. For the contribution history and old versions of the redirected page, please see its history; for the discussion at that location, see its talk page.

The MDTA is described as a quasi-private corporation but the article doesn't say who is ultimately responsible for its losses. Nor does it say what happens to the corporation's profits, if any. The responsibility for the corporation's success or failure rests with the State of Maryland and, ultimately, its taxpayers. The article should provide more clarity on these issues. Virgil H.
