I'm not about to muck about with this while it's on the Main Page, but it just strikes me as an odd construction. Wouldn't "founder and leader" be the usual way of saying this? Assuming I have it wrong, would it still not be "founder leader"? I know in British English "founder member" is used, rather than "founding member" which we say here in the States.
