I propose making a small tweak to this article: I'd like to include the Marlborough Railway in the Scope Paragraph. The main body pretty much covers that already, but I suggest it needs to say so up front. (It would be crazy to start a stand-alone article for the Marlborough Railway which had such a short existence.)
