Currently and also in older revisions the article says: "Manuel Egozcue Cintrón was born in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico in 1855. From 1851 to 1871 he lived in Spain, attending university there."

That would mean he was born after he went to Spain. Also, the birthplace might be wrong, since I found this message on another talk page I am watching:

Dear people: I am the grandson of Manuel Egozcue Cintrón. My father was one of his sons. My name is Manuel R. Egozcue Chandri. ******** There is an erroneous or false information about his life. He was borned in Bilbao,Spain. When he came to Puerto rico he was a Merchant and he established in Toa Alta,P.R. The ******** part in the message was the postal address of the user who wrote the message. I deleted that since it was unneeded personal data.
