I created both articles. I wonder if they could be kept separate, mainly due to human-powered airships being quite rare, and the Snoopy being special, due to that. I suspect Snoopy garnered some media coverage at the time (it was built as a promotional device for the Ardath). My own, limited, searches though have yet to locate any. :-( However, if the Snoopy retains its own page, then its very existence may help to elicit such material, and so help to bolster the article.
No, sorry. Unless or until the sources are found, it shouldn't stay as a separate article: we don't keep articles in the hope that sources will turn up one day.

The main thing with aircraft articles is that we generally insist on only one Specifications section per article. At present there is not enough data on Snoopy to be worth having one, and what little else is in there can easily be merged across and a redirect left behind. As, when and if sufficient data on Snoopy is forthcoming, then its article can always be resurrected. — Cheers,
