The second paragraph says "Typically, the offeree remains accountable for the functionality and performance." Nowhere in the article does it say who the offeree is. I assume that it's the managed services provider, since the client is the offerer. I'm not a subject matter expert (that's why I'm looking on Wikipedia), but it seems to me that it should be the offeror who remains accountable. Would appreciate clarification. This page appears to be a spam magnet with multiple vendors participating in helping this article suck. Since cleaning this crap out has proved controversial, I will document here exactly why the following should be removed as.

Considering half of the economy is SMB, and they are considerably more numerous, wouldn't it make sense to have a paragraph addressing that instead of focused just on the "Main players"?
