This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because I have now rewritten the page, deleting some material and paraphrasing every sentence to the extent that it is no longer likely to be considered 'unambiguous copyright infringement'.

If it is felt that the updated page is still too close to the original material, the best way forward might be to condense it further.
