Macedonian name in the lead
I find it very arbitrary to include the Macedonian name to the lead. Albanians make up 20% in the Krushevo muncip., is that an excuse to include the Alb. name into the lead of the city's article?

The town of Kruševo is inhabited by an ethnic Macedonian majority and a Vlach minority. I'm not sure how it relates to this discussion. This island, best-known for its Orthodox cave church, is located in a municipality exclusively populated by Orthodox Christian Macedonians. The island has no residents, but those who live a short boat ride away are Macedonian-speakers.
A better comparison would be something like
Bogovinje Lake. This is a municipality with a dominant Albanian majority, yet no one lives at the shores of this lake; we list Albanian in the lead there because it's relevant nonetheless. We don't create a tiny section for the Albanian name on that article and it isn't needed here. --
