My personal experience of Malia suggests that it is not a city at all. I've heard it referred to as town far more. (Old Town / New Town, which constitutes the bulk of the resort) It should also be mentioned that Malia is infact a municipality consisting of Malia, Stalis, Mochos and Krasi. What im getting at is that its evident there are 2 contexts for a page on Malia. This is historical and modern. The page either needs purging into two seperate articles or restructuring.
I've made a few changes now to the page in hope that people will continue to develop this page. Bit more structure to the page aswell. Still think that "(city)" needs to be omitted or atleast changed from the title. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Boothuk ( talk • contribs) 13:50, 4 May 2007 (UTC).
