In the "History" section, I replaced this:
with this:
Because the latter is (mostly) documented and the former isn't. But the ref is just some website, Walking Petersburg. I don't know where they get their material. The former came from the Russian Wikipedia (where it also wasn't referenced). I also don't know where they got their material.
But the Russian Wikipedia stuff is IMO just as likely to be right. I don't think they just made up dates like "April 16, 1887" and stuff like "(Little Garden) Street is first mentioned in 1836" so they probably have a source and it's at least 50-50 to be as good the source I used.
