Will the person that is listing his maker group into the past maker events section please STOP? Create a separate section and put your listing there. Thanks. :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 158.61.0.254 ( talk) 17:31, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
What the hell does the picture have to do with Maker Faire, other than being a woman dressed in stupid clothes who just happened to be *at* Maker Faire? You can't even see anything of the event in the background of the picture, she's just standing in the parking lot. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.17.195.11 ( talk) 17:03, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
Why is it called Maker Faire not just Maker Fair? Anyone knows? Hopefully it wasn't just plain vanity on the organizers' side... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.172.6.98 ( talk) 21:39, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
Indeed it would be useful to have a source on this. Initially I thought it was an hendiadys from French ("maker make"). The "obsolete feeling" has no source on Wiktionary either. -- Nemo 11:21, 5 October 2018 (UTC)
Last year, I went and I noticed that they were crazy about Arduino. Is this noteworthy?
Thanks,
