Hardly any of the article is about MailChimp. Most of it is advertising other services and listing high profile customers.

Removed "(otherwise known as spammer for sending unsolicited and unwanted bulk email)" as this looks to be an addition made by somebody scornful towards the subject matter rather a legitimate edit intended to inform. To expand upon my edit comment, might I suggest cited information regarding this reception in a "Reception" section towards the end of the article?

Yeah, but what do they DO? They must do something other than email emails; who composes the emails? Who decides where they go? What is the secret sauce?? 12.33.223.211 ( talk) 22:19, 3 May 2018 (UTC)
And why does the "unsubscribe" button they add to email footers go to a URL with Facebook in it? https://facebook.us17.list-manage.com Jimbo ( talk) —Preceding undated comment added 14:10, 20 September 2018 (UTC)
