I've tried to clean up this article a bit but it still needs a lot of work which I may try to do later. No sources are cited and most of what was written seems to be obviously pro-Othman and therefore not NPOV. Othman is a common source for Western journalists writing about Iraq (in addition to being an important Kurdish Iraqi leader) so this article needs to be improved. -- Bigtimepeace 10:52, 1 December 2006 (UTC) reply
