I tried to help the author out by finding references for this specific "Mahmoud Mohamed Shaker" "Abu Fahr" (writer, poet, journalist)and I had difficulty find that person (there's several more recently born named "Mahmoud Mohamed Shaker". If you use both names/expressions, the only result is this article.
Here are some thoughts to get you started:
Find books, journals or reliable web information that confirms the information in the article. If you've not done a reference before I'd be happy to help.
The article mentions that his work was published in different journals and magazines. What were the journals and magazines? That will lead to more information about the person + provide references. Double bonus!
The author
Adel Solaiman Gamal mentioned is much easier to find information about. That may be the best starting point.
I'd recommend that you include some information about why Mahmoud Mohamed Shaker's contributions were important (e.g., helped develop a school of thought, expand upon the understanding of Arabic culture, etc.)
If you're interested, I'd be happy to help. The best way is to click on my (Talk) link and start a new section on my user page.--

If you wouldn't mind, I'm
starting an article for new people (name TBD, still a work-in-progress) to help them become acquainted with WP that I'm hoping will be useful for and accepted by Wikipedia. If you have a chance and wouldn't mind looking to see 1) does this help explain the process and 2) would you personally find this helpful?--
