Some material suppliers also called MgO ( commonly known as magnesia ( like MgOH ) to add confusion ) magnesite ! Always check which material you are discussing !
I think this page should be merged with Magnesium Carbonate because they are the same substance, and there is no need for two pages on this. I believe that this page should be absorbed because of the non-scientific name. -- Ralf42 ( talk) 23:19, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
There is something fundamentally wrong with the layout of the equation on the MAGNESITE page. However, I dare not interfere. Could someone take the trouble to correct the layout? Thank you ever so much! JeffDellbart ( talk) 09:17, 3 July 2016 (UTC)
The article's initial statement is very confusing. It is also very incomplete in other sections Occupational safety and health doesn't seem to have a purpose at all. -- 109.49.141.100 ( talk) 22:03, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
I added points on isotopic structure and information we can gain from this. With increasing focus on magnesites (from Mars as well as carbon sequestration perspectives), this new tool seems to be very helpful in understanding genesis. SurjyenduB ( talk) 06:55, 24 May 2020 (UTC)
