inappropriate tone Information

i removed the "inappropriate tone" tag, since there is nothing on this discussion page to describe what aspects or subparts of the page are inappropriate and why. my sole interest is in improving the page, so if you can point out its flaws, please do, and i will be happy to modify as needed.
