In developing the an article for the Princess Maud I became aware of this ship. Ideally I'd like to develop the article a little more especially the minesweeper side but I am a little time crunched. The existing article for replacement ship should probably have its 1st operating car ferry claim checked .... though to be fair I am not sure if the 1939 ship actually carried cars in normal service, (there are possibly publicity shots) though it does seem to have operated the 1939 peak summer season before requisition.
