As in the MPEG-1 Audio Layer II article, this article should be renamed to MP1 since MPEG-2 Part 3 has extended MPEG-1 Audio Layer I. As the distinction is made for MPEG-1 Audio Layer III and MPEG-2 Audio Layer III, this extension would normally be referred to as MPEG-2 Audio Layer I. -- Fernando Trebien ( talk) 21:34, 11 March 2020 (UTC)
