I work for Rubenstein and on behalf of MHR Fund Management, I would like to flag the last paragraph of this page (“In 2014, MHR failed to consummate… fallen to less than 25% of the 2014 value.”) as being poorly sourced.
According to Wikipedia’s list of reliable sources, there is no consensus regarding the reliability of the New York Post. The additional citations for that paragraph, Bloomberg [1] and Yahoo [2], do not mention MHR Fund Management and therefore possibly violate WP:NOR.
Please note that we are not otherwise commenting on the accuracy or completeness of the disclosure contained in this page.

I work for Rubenstein and on behalf of MHR Fund Management, I am requesting the removal of the last paragraph of this page (“In 2014, MHR failed to consummate… fallen to less than 25% of the 2014 value.”) as it is poorly sourced.
According to Wikipedia’s list of reliable sources, the New York Post is considered "generally unreliable." The additional citations for that paragraph, Bloomberg [3] and Yahoo [4], do not mention MHR Fund Management and therefore possibly violate WP:NOR.
