I removed
It doesn't mention MEDUSA - just recommends microwave weapons should not be used to scare birds at airports !
The New Scientist article says "microwave pulses rapidly heat tissue, causing a shockwave inside the skull that can be detected by the ears"
so I've deleted ", bypassing the ears and ear drums"
