I got rid of a bunch of "inline" TeX.

I also fixed three incorrect capitals in headings as clearly required by WP:MOS.

Whoever wrote the TeX code did not know the difference between

${\displaystyle \{x_{1},...,x_{n}\}\,}$

and

${\displaystyle \{x_{1},\dots ,x_{n}\}\,}$
