CATS has started a reevaluation of the West corridor and in those new plans it will now be a light rail that will be a continuation of the Silver Line from Center City to Belmont. The article was already light on content, so it wouldn't be difficult to incorporate; obviously a write-up will need to be done in the History section explaining the West corridor's street car planning up to 2018. Other changes that would be necessary is an updated rail map and how to handle to still proposed routing through Center City... but I am getting ahead of myself. I am strongly in favor of the merge since it will be one line. -- WashuOtaku ( talk) 01:14, 19 July 2018 (UTC)
Now that there have been additional sources indicating the Silver Line will be a combined west corridor and southeast corridor ( [1] [2]), I think there is enough evidence to merge Lynx West Corridor into Lynx Silver Line. As mentioned above, the individual histories should be kept as separate subheadings, but it seems as though the completed project will be one line warranting one single article. If there are no objections, I'll probably be bold and perform the merge in a few days. -- Scott Alter ( talk) 04:29, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
