I believe we should move it because it follows WP:COMMONNAME criteria. It is recognizable and natural, as people will tend to search for Luis García Plaza rather than Luís García (footballer born 1972) or Luis García and then try and find it among all the other footballers born in different dates. Thus, making it a more precise article title. Furthermore, most of our sister pages already use Luis García Plaza as article title (e.g. Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Indinesian, etc) and the reason behind it is because media refer to him by his full name, Luis García Plaza.
