To be more specific: Not shooting down the plane in a 9/11 style attack does not save the people in the plane. Shooting it down saves the people in the building. So essentially the court decided that Human Dignity stands above life.— Graf Bobby ( talk) 06:34, 19 August 2008 (UTC) reply
