On 7 June 2023, it was proposed that this article be moved from Prince Ludwig Rudolph of Hanover to Ludwig Rudolph von Hannover. The result of the discussion was moved. |
Due to the Wikipedia three-revert rule correction of factual wrong statements on this topic are not always possible. In particular claims that Ludwig Rudolph Prinz von Hannover is a prince are provable wrong but repeatedly introduced into the main article. There are no Princes of Hanover since 1919. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Clumpytree ( talk • contribs) 16:43, 23 May 2011 (UTC)
Due to heavy edit warring I protected the page. Please discuss content here. After you come to a consensus, I (or any other administrator) can unprotect the page. -- Magioladitis ( talk) 19:16, 8 June 2011 (UTC)
There is a move discussion in progress on Wikipedia talk:Naming conventions (royalty and nobility) which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. — RMCD bot 22:46, 7 June 2023 (UTC)

Ludwig Rudolph von Hannover → Prince Ludwig Rudolf of Hanover – I was unable to find any reliable English-language sources using the current article title, which I found surprising given the manner of his death. Sources commonly use the proposed target. [1] [2] [3] [4] Articles should be at recognizable English-language common names per policy and guidelines. DrKay ( talk) 14:44, 25 July 2024 (UTC)
