WP:COMMONAME for both is "Luciano González", so disambiguate as per
WP:NCSP. No
WP:PRIMARYTOPIC by long-term significance, so DAB should be at base name.

Support per nom, and turn base into DAB.

Question - is the footballer's
WP:COMMONNAME actually "Luciano?" The article seems to make that claim. If so, why isn't that article just titled "Lucuano (footballer)"?

The footballers most used
WP:COMMONNAME is just "Luciano", but he also uses "Luciano González" which is used here:
1,
2,
3, and
4. Since he often uses his last name, I think it's a better disambiguator to include it than just his relatively common first name.--
