An IP editor removed a sentence about two disputes that helped establish notability. I have added them back because the one has quotations from both Mr. Toback and Mr. Lumenick about the dispute, and the other is a first-hand report from one of the disputants. If Mr. Lumenick comments about the incident, we can add that as well. I feel it's important to have the Ebert sourced in the article, since he says that minor incident was blown out of proportion. His piece mitigates more inflammatory reporting on the incident. For many people, especially those outside New York and outside the film industry, the disputes are how Mr. Lumenick became known to them. I don't think either need to be elaborated in the article per WP:UNDUE, but they did appear in reliable sources. Jokestress ( talk) 16:37, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
