I'm having a hard time understanding this statement: "The theater's original Wurlitzer organ was used as a basketball court . . ." NameThatWorks ( talk) 05:42, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
Disclosure: I am employed by the university and prevented from updating content as a conflict of interest. Significant updates are needed to the information here, especially references to C.W. Post as the university formally changed the campus to LIU Post effective 2012. New schools, programs, and teams are missing. Numbers are also outdated. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rachel at LIU ( talk • contribs) 14:51, December 19, 2014
This entire article reads like an advertisement posted by LIU administration. But the faculty lockout due to an impending no-confidence vote in President Kimberly L Cline by the Brooklyn campus and events leading up seem notable. http://www.liuff.net/blog/2016/08/31/press-release-liu-president-cline-locks-out-liu-brooklyn-faculty/ I'm not in a position to edit now; is any neutral editor paying attention to this article? Would this article be the right place for a section on the Long Island University Press? I can't find much coverage on the press itself; however, I see they've published books as recent as 2005. https://www.biblio.com/book/assignment-arthur-leipzig/d/1507215471 - Wil540 art ( talk) 17:29, 10 December 2022 (UTC)
