This page was edited on July 14, 2004 with VfD header and category added; however, I find no mention of "long-range order" on the VfD pages on or around this date. Since there doesn't appear to be discussion, much less consensus, I consider this page no longer a candidate for deletion. I have resurrected it up to stub status, and I am removing the VfD info.
