Isn't the 1st Battalion, Grenadier Guards with the 11th Infantry Brigade on its way to Afghanistan?? -- noclador ( talk) 09:27, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
Nijmegen Company, Grenadier Guards is based at Wellington Barracks along with No 7 Company, Coldstream Guards and F Company, Scots Guards. They are not based at Woolwich.
The Welsh Guards at Hounslow will be replaced by the Irish Guards next year, while the 1st PWRR will be replaced at Woolwich by the 1st Royal Anglian Regiment.
