A fact from London Britannia Airport appeared on Wikipedia's
Main Page in the Did you know column on 19 November 2013 (

Did you know... that the proposed London Britannia Airport has been dubbed "Boris island" by the media?
If it is a dead proposal, with no further funding planned, no additional development planned; no further pursuit of the proposal planned, basically no future; I don't understand the revert from past to present tense. Please explain.
