Most of these "[Year] in Belgium television" pages are just empty templates with no information. They have headers for Events, Debuts, Television Shows, Ending this year, Networks and services, and Births, but in nearly all cases most of these subheadings are completely empty. Of the few people who are listed in Births, the majority are redlinks. Very few have any sources at all. For example:
They're all like this, with a couple of exceptions. Someone created these empty articles for every year, stopped (banned?) at 2016, and have left a wake of these articles that have loads of "This section is empty" sections.
The articles seem to be have been mostly made by user User:Xfactor1234, who has since been banned. Looks like this user has done the same thing for lots of other countries' (Year) in (Country) television pages, for example: 1959 in Swedish television. Their talk page shows lots of (Year) in (country) television articles getting deleted, with no response from them.
I'm relatively new to editing but I would propose most (if not all) of these unsourced articles should be deleted - but not sure what the correct procedure to go about doing that seeing as there's such a large number of them Bugghost 🎤:🐛👻 11:16, 3 May 2024 (UTC)
