I just came across this list. I have worked on the corresponding German list (and created a few lists about synagogues in Eastern Europe).
I think a list should give a short summary about the topic. The actual contents should be in the corresponding articles. So: were an article already exists (and is linked), one or two statements in the description column should be enough.
Where no article exists, but where a very extensive description is given here, maybe someone can create an article (I had started writing articles here, but I gave it up).
Anyhow: to change this list in such a way makes it easier for the reader to get a quick overview.
