Abbreviations

I assume "MYA" means million years ago. However, since this is an abbreviation not commonly used in everyday speech it may be helpful to define "MYA" with its first use. JP-WR ( talk) 15:34, 24 October 2022 (UTC) reply

Yes "million years ago" and you're right, that term should be defined. I've added that and changed "MYA" to "mya" consistent with Year#SI prefix multipliers. Some other lists, e.g. List of volcanoes in the United Kingdom, use "Ma". Declangi ( talk) 22:48, 24 October 2022 (UTC) reply
