The citation given is from http://fincomindia.nic.in/ShowContentOne.aspx?id=28&Section=1, but the data listed in the table doesn't match what's actually in the report. The data is from the table at page 381 of the report (1st page of Annexure 7.1). It however, doesn't match for all states. For example, the all India figure is correct, 30330.87, which rounds to 303381, but the figure for Maharashtra is wrong. It is 1180 in the wikipedia article and 4518 in the report.
