Don't see why it should not. A place is a place regardless of whether it's a town, village, hamlet, suburb, exburb, district, neighbourhood, estate, etc. Saga City 01:55, 20 January 2007 (UTC) reply

Should this list be moved to "List of places in the West Midlands (county)" in order to disambiguate the title?
