Perovo Solar Park
Should be incorporated under Russian Federation, not as an independent.
Power generation sounds like an empirical value, which it is for the US sites, however, for the French site (Cestas) for example it is design output not real world data.
Not sure that best solution is, perhaps make two columns. 1. Design output 2. Power generation
3800GWh like a number in theory. Dust, Temperature will limit PV output. It's not a fact number. 3800Gwh is an estimate number. [1]
936Gwh is more reliable number. [2] Driftboating ( talk) 19:42, 4 August 2023 (UTC)
I don't know 6% comes from. With my calculation. 3800GWh/(1650MW*3865hour) = 59.58% 936GWh/(1650MW*3865hour) = 14.68%. Whichi one is reasonable? In 2018, the average CF value of PV is around 18%. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Driftboating ( talk • contribs) 15:26, 7 August 2023 (UTC)

It may be time to change this list to over 500MW instead of 300MW. That would still leave over 40 entries. And I believe we are missing some plants around 500-800MW so likely longer. Rmhermen ( talk) 03:37, 11 February 2024 (UTC)
