@ RTG: thanks for this new list. I was wondering what the criteria for this list are, i.e. what are the boundaries between this list, governmental agencies and private/commercial space exploration enterprises? I'd argue that most non governmental space agencies receive either governmental or private funding, usually both. It is then a question how much influence either party has on this supposedly non governmental agency. This will be a quite controversial question I believe. Hence, some criteria would be good.
